2007 inventions

R&D Magazine has provided sponsorship to the 'Oscars of Inventions' for 45 years, with the research and design awards longed-for by government and private inventors. In 2007, the magazine awarded 100 winners that offered most amazing innovations. The list of the winning 2007 inventions included homeland security and military innovative devices; innovations useful for health and environment an even innovations for kids, like a cool toy robot.

The list featured a unique air conditioning system able to simultaneously control heat and humidity. This invention was developed to keep us away from 'sick buildings,' that make us sick when we visit them or work in them. The innovative system does not incorporate any filter for holding microbes - it is self-cleaning.
