Caveman
Scientists from the University of Calgary became the first to have created an object-oriented computer model of a human body. The 4D human atlas was called 'CAVEman'. The Caveman features medical and genomic data in 4D images, improving the accuracy of scientific experiments and investigation of genetics of different illnesses due to a clearer inside view.
The 4D human atlas is located in the CAVE that may be compared to a virtual reality room. The cube-like room, also called 'research Holodeck', has the projectors inside from three walls and the floor, so the 'human body' may be shown floating in space. The human body computer model can be sized at any scale. Moreover, the scientists are able to display all or just the necessary components of the CAVEman.
