Chinese porno
Two police officers are ‘on duty’ in the virtual Chinese world. Their task is to purify the leading Chinese Internet portals, including those offering chinese porno. The virtual policemen ‘work’ in order to identify pornographic content, and a number of other suspicious activities, including oppositional ideas’ propaganda and on-line gambling.
Every 30 minutes a visitor of a suspicious portal will see a picture of a man or a woman on a motorcycle, in a car or on foot. If he clicks the picture, he will get to the site of Beijing City Administration, department for public security. The user can report porn sites or other websites involved in illegal activities that will be later checked by real police officers. The new security system has already resulted in banning 124,000 sites with pornographic content and 244 porn sites.
