lets be pragmatic. while we in the allied side want to bury the remnants of nazi germany, yet if we try to look the appearance of our modern aircrafts today, many are direct if not outright copy of germans aircraft projects in the later part of the war....

German science started everything we have today, even the space shuttle was on paper in Germany in WWII. They did not comprehend the physics of getting something into orbit quiet yet so their design was based on several v2 rockets launching the shuttle down rails and off a huge ramp.
