The UN Has Awarded Three Most Polluting Countries

One of the Indonesian islands, Bali, hosted a UN environmental conference, where three countries where awarded the "antiprize" for their influence on the global climate.

The symbolic bag of coal with the colors of the respective country was awarded to Saudi Arabia, Indonesia and the USA.

The conference hosted representatives from around 180 countries, which should initiate the process of developing a new document to regulate emissions. The new regulation is to substitute the Kyoto Protocol, which will terminate its existence in 2012, reports "Euronews".
