as a woman who gets angry at times find it helpful to get to the root of the anger. What riggers these emotions and how to ovoid them altogether if possible, or how to confront the triggers in a positive manner that will not be a result of negativity that sometimes result from anger. In all your anger sin not says the good book(holy bible). Follow this rule and anger will become a thing of the past. anger for rightousness is good but sin not

It is not only the media and designers that have brought this sad situation about, it is also the general public. To me there is little difference between skinny girls who aren't looking after their bodies and denying their health and those at the other end of the scale who are obese, neither really cares for themselves nor posesses personal pride. Bring back the days of Marilyn Munroes and the like where a womens figure was allowed to be full (but not fat) and curvaceous and maybe there will be a change in public attititude. This is the responsibility of the designers, they initiate the market trends for the masses (lets be fair no-one with any decorum wears some of the freak stuff from the catwalk in real life) and they too can sway the "way" women look and what is acceptable, maybe its just a power thing to be able to make someone want to starve themselves to death just to get a job modelling....very sad !!!!

clearly you havent heard of Dr. Mello's nobel winning research on RNAi. as a test subject, he used this transparent worm (I'm currently looking up the name of it) which had many of the organs humans do, which make them excellent test subjects. its true that if we chart out the human evolution, we'd see that one of them would branch out to become what is a worm today. what is our nervous system is probably altered for the modern worm due to the drastic conditions the two live in. you have to remember though, the ancestor wasnt last generation: the two have been changing themselves to adapt to different, yet ever changing conditions for millions upon millions of years.
