piracy isn't hacking, DOS'ing, keylogging, RAT (remote access trojans), website downing, phishing, and other actually harmful processes are hacking; not 'file changing' or anything.

Now Jul '09 and 'my' vista ho-prem patched sys's cursor is jumping mostly just when I'm typing in dialog boxes. very annoying to constantly be forced to restructure typed text all the time. Has to be malware as the hp touchpad has no means of trapping dirt, etc., nor do I brush against it, plus I don't use a mouse, nor does it help to re-install touchpad drivers. Happens w/either browser I use (IE7 or Chrome).
