Those who spent endless nights watching Olympic Games at Beijing have gotten to know virtually all of the gold, silver and bronze medalists, remember of the successes and failures. But there's more than just watching the games. According to the survey made by the online dating website True.com, sex is also something viewers have in mind.
The online survey for North Americans aged between 18 and 60+ included 2,191 men and 1,429 women. Results showed that swimming at Beijing Olympics was not all about Michael Phelps collecting gold medals. People also enjoyed looking at guys in tight swimsuits. In javelin throwing lots of people paid attention to the beautiful athlete from Paraguay, Leryn Franco.
"Attention is definitely straying. A lot of it ties back to sex and relationship," said Rupa Patel, a spokeswoman for the dating service.

- 48% of men consider that gymnasts have the sexiest uniforms.
39% of women think that swimmers/divers have the sexiest uniforms. (1 percent considered cyclists in tight bike shorts sexy).
- 66% of men think that gymnasts would be the best in bed (probably because of their flexibility). One percent said that it would be great to sleep with someone skilled with a bow and arrow.
- 60% of men and 50% of women said they had relationships with someone outside their nationality.
- 33% of men and women confessed that they would give a gold medal for performance to their last romantic partners. However, 23% of men and 31% of women would skip all the medals and "ban their partner from the sport."'
