3rd Space FPS Gaming Vest Makes Video Games More Real

If you like this invention you can vote for it hereDesigned by a surgeon, whose initial goal was to help diagnose prisoners, this 3rd space first-person shooter (FPS) gaming vest allows the user playing a video game to get the feeling of explosions, stabbings, falling and more.

The gaming vest features internal pneumatic pockets that are turned on as soon as the user starts a video game. There are four pockets in the front and four in the back. The vest is also linked to a small USB-powered air compressor.

Based on the user's activity in the game, different pockets will act differently on the vest allowing the player to get the feeling of, say, a gunshot.

All that is needed is to simply put the vest on and connect it into the USB port of a PC, Xbox, PlayStation or Wii. The device's driver is able to support over 40 different shooter video games, including such best sellers as Call of Duty and Halflife.
