Share

The tech giant Apple announced that it will give away a $10,000 gift card to the one who manages to make the ten billionth iTunes download.

According to the company, this is their way of saying "thank you." It is worth mentioning that anyone who is over 13 years old and lives in a country with an iTunes Store can enter the competition. Also note that there's a limit of 25 entries per individual per day.

All that a person needs to do is submit a form on the company's website. The user can do that 25 times a day.

According to Apple, the ten billionth download will come this February. Users can find a ticker illustrating the current number of downloads on the website.

The company also presented the list of the most popular tracks at its iTunes Store, with number one being the Black Eyed Peas with their track called "I Gotta Feeling" and second Lady Gaga with her "Poker Face."
