Dual-Core Optimus 3D from LG is World's Most Powerful Smartphone


LG decided to presents its latest handset called Optimus 3D at the Mobile World Congress that opened this week.

The company ran its device through Quadrant and managed to register a score of 2958. It is worth mentioning that the majority of Android phones that are available on the market today can hardly score 1400.

The reason why is LG Optimus 3D is so powerful is that it has a dual-core processor, the feature that no other handset has boast.

In its statement LG wrote that its new smartphone features a 1GHz OMAP4 dual-core processor. In addition, the phone has 4 times more video decoders than other designs.

Optimus 3D also registers double the graphics performance of its closest rivals. The device not only has two cores, but it also has dual-channel and dual-memory support.
