E1 - Small Electric Vehicle Unveiled at Beijing Auto Show

SAIC is one of the Chinese car-making companies that presented their eco-friendly cars at the Beijing Auto Show. The company unveiled its compact electric vehicle called E1.

It is worth mentioning that this electric car weights only 1,040kg and is powered by lithium ion batteries.

On full charge the car's range is 84 miles. SAIC created the whole electric system of the car in house.
