German Student's Kinect Hack Allows Seeing Own Skeleton in Real Time

One of the latest and probably the most impressive Kinect hacks is called "Magic Mirror" and it was developed by Tobias Blum.

The program developed by the student from the Technical University of Munich, makes use of augmented reality mixed with "x-ray vision."

The so-called "x-ray vision" does not really peer through the human body in order to show a person's skeleton. Instead it maps an arbitrary skeleton from a computer tomography (CT) scan onto the person's frame.
