Meet Shimi - Small Cute Personal Robotic DJ

This personal robotic DJ plays music when it "hears" smartphone voice commands. By relying on cloud and voice commands you give to your smartphone (which is connected to the device) the DJ is able to rock your party.

Dubbed Shimi, the gadget is the brainchild of a startup company called Tovbot. As a Kickstarter project, the device is in need of help from the masses to become reality.

Developed by Georgia Tech, MIT, and IDC, the DJ will utilize smartphone technology that will allow users to play music and select songs they wish. The design looks like a nice shiny robot that dances and plays music.
