Performer - New iPhone App for Developers of Electronic Music

Share

Specialists from Konkreet Labs, a company based in Berlin, Germany, developed an application that allows musicians to manage their instruments by simply manipulating the geometric shapes.

The iPhone app, dubbed Performer, could help significantly reduce the difficulty level of making electronic music.

The user simply drags and twists an abstract graphic element on the touchscreen to create music. However, there should be mentioned that the user has to have an actual instrument and Performer can be then connected to it.

The German firm says that its app connects to "anything that receives OSC or MIDI inputs". Its price tag is $24.99.

Those who have enough skills to handle the app's pro-level requirements are in for a stunning interface experience.
