Seagate Presents Momentus XT - World's Fastest Laptop PC Drive

Solid state drives are much faster than hard disk drives, but at the same time they are very expensive. Seagate decided to create a new type of drive that would register high speeds and be cost-friendly.

The company came up with a hybrid solid state/hard drive which, according to Seagate representatives, is the fastest 2.5-inch laptop drive in the world.

The hybrid drive from Seagate is called Momentus XT and it is not only fast, it is also shock resistant.
