The Velopresso - Tricycle that Doubles as Mobile Coffee Shop

Amos Field Reid and Lasse Oiva are the two college students from the Royal College of Art, who came up with the Velopresso, a pedal-powered mobile coffee cart.
Moving silently across the streets, the eco-friendly cart allows the rider to offer passersby delicious lattes and high-quality shots of espresso.

It would be interesting to note that the bike-powered coffee shop was made from an old tricycle frame, with gears rewired in order to either push the cart forward or generate energy for the coffee grinder. A small gas canister mounted on the bike is used to heat water.
The inventors are even searching for ways of turning old coffee grinds into ethanol, thus creating an eco-friendly cycle.
