From the beginning I must say LG LCDs have the most elegant design of LCDs I've seen so far. But apart from that, they also have certain unique features as: Invisible Speaker (their positioning and configuration create the impression as though they surround you in clear and pure sound); Intelligent Light Sensor (that adjusts the brightness of the screen with the ambient light); AV mode, an incredibly high brightness and high contrast ratio and many other specific features. Take for example LG61: it has a characteristic 24 frames per second 24P Real Cinema feature, a property found only in cinema movies. Not to mention the fact that LG61 is the world's slimmest LCD (45 mm).
A brand new series of LCDs from LG are the Scarlet series (LG60, LG70 and LG80). Scarlet LG60 has a stunning red and black design- it's a masterpiece nobody would refuse to have.
It also has AV and 24P Real Cinema modes like all the other models, but, above all, it can also be used as a Blu-ray player, DVD player and mp3 Player. Its colours and motion on the screen are being formed by over 2 million pixels and one more function I've liked in this model was the fact that the speakers are totally invisible(they are made to look like a part of the design).
Scarlet LG70 also has Bluetooth connectivity (a very useful function as it allows listening to music or seeing photos from other compatible devices). Another feature of Scarlet LG70, similar to Aquos SE94U's Aquos Advantage Support Specialist, is User Friendly Interface - a service that helps you adjust your proper settings fast and easy.
Scarlet LG80 has a totally unique design and a brightness Contrast Ratio of 30000:1. A specific feature of this model is its sound system- the speakers, for example, slide out automatically when the LCD is turned on, a fact that not only improves the sound quality, but also is a great element of the design. It has a 3.1-channel virtual surround sound system that assures an absolutely incredible sound.
Finally, many other LG LCD models are also worth the attention for they range in screen sizes, a lot of specific functions and features, and new elements of the elegant design of LG we already know.
