New Yorker Sued Over Viva Viagra Rocket

Pfizer Inc., the company that produces Viagra, sued a New York man for trademark infringement after he pulled a fake missile, featuring the words "Viva Viagra" on its sides, around Manhattan.

According to the attorney, representing the producer of the drug that treats male impotence, the 48-year-old New Yorker Arye Sachs illegally used the company's logo on his 25-foot-long missile. He said that the advertisement could confuse customers who might consider the act as an actual advertisement of the drug.

The man from West Babylon stated that not one customer would be discouraged from purchasing the company's pills. He said he was sure of that because he was one of the customers. Sachs towed the missile on a trailer that was hitched to his car around Manhattan. The man also drove past the headquarters of Pfizer.
