Restaurant Serves Meals at 133 Feet Above the Ground

A restaurant in Israel offers its visitors a rather unusual way of spending the evening - dinner 133-feet above the "old city of Jaffa."

The special attraction, called "Dinner in the Sky", offers customers to have their dinner while admiring the incredible view of the Mediterranean Sea and the Tel Aviv.

Here's how it works - a large crane that weights about 120 tons, lifts a platform where 22 diners sit in leather seats with fastened seat belts. The platform also has space for up to five staff.

Obviously meals are prepared before the crane lifts the platform. However, customers are served the meals while already in the sky.

It is worth mentioning that world's first "flying" restaurant was introduced in Belgium three years ago.
