Share

Sam Todo is a young student who lives in Togo, Africa. He managed to make a fully-working robot using old TV parts and a number of other used electronics.

He named his creation SAM10. The machine is able to greet people and dodge objects it faces. Sam is a talented young man who is obsessed with constructing robots. His latest invention can estimate the distance on the object it identifies in front of it.

According to Sam, a lot of young people is Africa show very little or no interest in science. He hopes that his developments could change things in the right direction and motivate people to focus their attention on the importance of using technology.

Well done Sam.

I am also a Africa child and built a much simpler robot from old photo copier machines in 1989...it was great fun!

Continue your good work SAM, you will become recognised.
