Ha, it doesn't take much skill at all. I think that the intense misunderstanding of knowledge at certain professional levels leads society, (in general), to believe that what this kid did was criminal. He could have easily done much worse, assuming he had admin access to their CMS, or worse, root access to the server.

He must have been doin this awhile to get into the database lucky he didnt do anything worse to me he was doing what people are paid todo just for free and put a message up so they know he did it aint nothin wrong with that if there if then fix it and quit worring about it pay him todo it for a job cops are supposed to find anyone and anything but if they can find a 17 year-old kid wow thats kinda sad

He didn't really "Hack" it, he "Cracked" it, which is what most developers hire people to do with programs like Firewalls and Operating Systems to find flaws and loopholes.

I don't think he should be punished.

Note that while breath testers are calibrated in terms of blood alcohol level, that's not what they actually measure. Take a shot of your favorite booze and immediately blow a breath sample. The meter will read "Should be dead and already embalmed!" Breath testing assumes that there is no alcohol in your mouth. Some drunks will keep a sealed bottle in the car and, when stopped, crack the seal in the officer's presence and take a swig to render the field breath test invalid. It may have worked once, but cops will now arrest such people and hold them for later testing. That's assuming that you don't get the wrong cop on a bad day. "Contempt of cop" appears in no statute, but it can get you killed.

Well, these maximal doses can always be different for everybody apart, because people are very different too, besides if the man here is already used to such "procedures" ( which is the most probable by the way), his organism must have formed not only dependence, but also tolerance for alcohol, so it isn't surprising. But that doesn't mean he's going to live on healthy if he continues like this, so, people, don't try to follow his example and break the records!

Yea, that's high but not highest-ever. The highest recorded value in Finland is a bit over 0.7%, and the person survived. That requires some serious practice...

The article is mind-blowing...It shows us how religion often turns into fanaticism. People hide their own interests behind the words of God and present lies in the form of ansolute truth. Religion is used a means of brainwashing which helps to lead the crowd. Unfortunately there are a lot of naive people all over the world who still believe that church is the basis of the society. They don't realize that it is as corrupted as those people who rule it. The word "religion" can be easily substituted by the word "morality" which stands for the same human values, such as: kindness and mercy.

My sister has been staying with us due to an illness. She too takes Ambien CR. No less than 30 min after taking the medication she is belligerent, child like and will stare at me when I am talking to her. She has a look of " lights are on nobodies home." I have found her stabbing at cans with large kitchen knives. Same with scissors. The fact that she didn't get a serious injury is a miracle. She staggers through the house often bruising herself, takes things which are not hers, and claims many things to be hers which are not. All this during the middle of the night. Will be talking with her Dr. in the am. This med is horrible!!

I have been taking ambien for about 10 years. I just found out that i was getting up in the night and eatting. Not just a snack but a whole pan of brownies, or a sack of doughnuts. I am a diebetic so this is not good for me. does anyone have any ideas for meor any other medicine I can try

You probably can't sue Google over an employee placing the location over something run down. Google provides the application but can't control what the millions of people around the world are doing. Perhaps you can have it removed.

As for the history of class actions - they started back in England in the seventeenth century with something called a "bill of peace." This allowed an action to be brought when the parties to litigation were large and all had the same gripe. This prevented the same case from basically being tried over and over again with a huge waste of the courts time.
