There is no way that a just God would order further punishment. Only an evil entity would demand further suffering. The true and living God, not willing the tragedy to occur, points out that it most probably would not have....had the couple not been where they should not have been. Then He demands justice from those who commited the perversion upon them. Justice served.

Its against any religion and should be banned from the entire Earth planet any one giving the lashes should also have 5 to 10 years jail and the Judge 20 for giving such criminal orders

This article is missing the fact that the quality of air is going to decline no matter what we do because the process is delayed-the effects of petroleum fuels will be ongoing even if we stop using them today. What the switch to biodiesel would do is lessen the harmful effects that we will see in 2020.

Nothing in this life makes me feel as bad as thinking about death penalty. A Human deciding to end another human's life is not natural. We are thinking beings and no matter what the other sick person did he/she does not deserve to be treated inhumanly such as being put in a dungeon, beaten up, left hungry or disregarded in an torturous way. They definitely need to be locked up depending on what they have done however, electric chair, gas chambers or other death penalties is as just sick as the person committed the crime. Even if someone killed my own kid I would still defend this view. I would go out there and catch him and kill him if I can, because I would be hurt and angry because it happened to my child. I have a right to hate that person and want to kill that criminal. But the jury and other people dont have any right to decide that someone should die in horrible way. They scare me!!! I don think the guardians and or prison officers are mentally normal as they are murderers tooo.

the only disadvantage of the death penalty is that no one can reverse it once miscarriage of justice is identified. even if the culprit deserves to be killed or even more, there should be room for correcting mistakes judges and jurors can make.

MY BRO HAS BEEN SENT TO GA PRISON ON 2 LIFE SENTENCE FOR A DOUBLE MURDER HE DIDN'T COMMIT. NO DNA WAS FOUND. A WITNESS CLAMING HE WAS THERE A THE SCENE. THE JUDGE ALLOW EVIDENCE INTO THE COURTROOM ONCE IT WAS ALREADY A MOTION FOR LIMINE. MY BROTHER HAD NUMEROUS OF LAWYER THAT WAS APPOINTED BY THE COURTS. THEY EITHER DROP THE CASE OR MOVE TO ANOTHER COUNTY. THE LAST LAWYER THE COURT APPOINT HIM HAD LESS THAN 5 WEEKS TO PREPARE FOR A DOUBLE HOMICIDE CASE.
