Our inherent inclination to adapt does play a significant role in our subjective feeling of happiness.I believe the conditioning ones mind since childhood with an inclination to think positively does help.Parents take the hint.

as a woman who gets angry at times find it helpful to get to the root of the anger. What riggers these emotions and how to ovoid them altogether if possible, or how to confront the triggers in a positive manner that will not be a result of negativity that sometimes result from anger.
