If he passes the proper medical tests then yes perform the C-section, if he has basic anatomy, he has no buissness in the room especially with a congenital defect. this has lawsuit written all over it.

Who's doing research on this? Are there surveys or physical tests to determine if you have it? Is it linked to other things like HSP (highly sensitive persons)?
