Global Warming Puts Butterflies at Threat
[23 Dec, 2008] Environment
I heard that butterflies are treated as a good environment index. I mean if there are butterflies in the area it means that the area has a good environment... There were I come from there were many butterflies back in the end of 80s and the beginning of the 90s, but now one can rarely see one... this is really ugly what people did to this planet in these 10-20 years... That's why I liked the movie "The day when earth stopped spinning" - because it strengthened my belief that humans (we) are nothing more than parasites!

Mother Sold Her Newborn Twins to Pay for Liposuction
[15 Dec, 2008] Offbeat
well how 'bout that?!!! how come a civilized country doesn't have a law, forbidding people from selling other people, especially children... this reminds me the "modest proposal", where J. Swift suggested that children of poor people should be sold for food..... It was actually a satire.... well, this is not the 17-18 cent. so let's try and act civilized! no child must be sold for any reason: liposuction, food, clothes, makeup! nothing, nada!

Lennon Was Just Showing Off, Vatican Says
[24 Nov, 2008] Offbeat
well how bout that.... so lennon was bragging and religious people burning the beatles' records - is not a showing off... this was absolutely the same act of bragging, a pr act for religion and christianity... everyone is trying to say that what he does is the best. it's an interesting thing christianity may criticize anything, but nothing can criticize christianity. i'm not a fan of beatles, but there music did some good things, and I believe in that! Imagine! :)
Scientists Observed the Transformation of Speech into Song When Repeated
[12 Nov, 2008] Science

[05 Nov, 2008] Politics

Scientist Developed Software to Accurately Count Hairs
[03 Nov, 2008] Science
yeah! baldness is one of the problems of the 21st century, i gues! men trying to tear themselves apart between their jobs and their families, tons of stressful situations, and dealing with them is a hell of a job, and hair falling out is the result of all the effort men give to stay on top of the situations... so i guess elaborating new strategies of baldness treatment, or even helping elaborating those strategies - that's some good work!
Children's Paintings to Signal About Climate Change
[30 Oct, 2008] Environment
it's a nice thing that the UN engages kids from early age into such programs. I think children should be aware the the Earth is our planet and still the only one that we can live on so we must protect it from ourselves. But even if there were any other planets good living, I don't think we could turn the Earth into a junkyear. It's our home planet after all!
Playboy Will Stop the Production of DVDs to Stay Afloat
[18 Oct, 2008] Current Events
That's no wonder! With all the adult content web-sites on internet, playboy has lost it's attractivity to the public. I personally never held a playboy magazine in my hands so I don't really know why it should be more attractive than the pictures on the Internet...

I guess providing us, cellphones' users, with USEFUL information and not only with such crap as ringtones, stupid games that make you degrade, or walpapers with tits and stuff, is a good idea, 'cause the cellphone of today is not only a means of communications, but its a huge help in everyday life: it's an organizer, a calender, phonebook, notebook.... it's stuffed with many applications, so other online help is always welcome. so I think I'll subscribe and see what's in!
