It is worth mentioning that the new bus is able to carry up to 256 passengers. In addition, it is not a prototype and can be actually driven bus a real bus driver through the city streets without any special license required.

The bus is equipped with a computerized steering system developed exclusively for it. Researchers at the Fraunhofer Institute for Transportation and Infrastructure are positive about the launching the bus on the streets of Dresden. They believe that it will not lead to traffic jams.
